Marmalade

Chris is making marmalade again, however, this year he is entering the International marmalade awards  at Dalemain Manor in Cumbria, he is entering the International category.

Preparing the Lounge

Next Monday will see the new wallpaper hung in the lounge, it's been a long job in preparation and it was a joy today to hang pictures & photos before the final touches are made.

Foxy Loxy

Chris was delighted to take this fox out, he won't be taking any more hens or game ! A nice Boar on the same day !

Lounge Ceiling Complete

The lounge ceiling is now completely renovated, cornice is painted as is the centre decoration, ready & waiting for the new chandelier.

Creme de Cassis

Joanne & Chris still manage to find time in between renovation work to follow there passion for preserving, today, creme de cassis, made from their new book, a lovely Christmas gift from Tante Jean & Oncle Artur
