Hughs Game Terrine

Not a bad replication even though I say it myself ! We just love Hughs famous game terrine and this will be served up as an entree here at 'La Petite Maison' make sure you are one of the lucky visitors who will taste this local treat. Chris has definitely come up with the goods for this one, he shot Pheasant, Rabbit, Quail and Roe deer, minced his own belly pork from a domestic pig he killed earlier in the year, we have just had a slice, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Service

Tonights service went well and the 'Piece de Resistance' was Joanne's homemade ice cream served with 'Soupe de Fruits Rouge' and delicious meringue, needless to say, our prestigious guests went to bed very happy, which of course, made us even happier, our pleasure is to serve !!
