Yes, we know we posted marmalade making day last year but we just couldn't resist. Mid January to mid February means that Seville oranges are available at their very best. This in turn means the best marmalade (in our opinion) and it is a pleasure to make. How do you get to taste some ? come and have breakfast at La Petite Maison, that's how !!
