Pam the Jams Marmalade

With Seville oranges at their best, Chris decided it was time to try his hand at making marmalade. Of course, there was only one recipe to try, that of  Pam The Jam from Rivercottage, yes, Pam Corbins chutneys and preserves really are at the top of the game. If you have never made marmalade we can't begin to tell you how the kitchen smells, it is divine. The top photo was the prep last night, the other two are the reducing and tenderising of the peel, watch this space for the finished product!
