The sun sets once again in Chassain Cheval after another peaceful day. The farmers have been busy preparing the hay for winter silage and the bales have begun to appear in the fields. The wheat is just starting to turn a golden colour, and soon, we will marvel at those fields of gold, slowly swaying in the breeze.
